Crab Crawlin' in the Crab Grass

We took our blanket, bubbles and ball to the grass...which Sydney normally loves...but this grass was pokey crab grass and it was hilarious to watch her. I had just bought her the ball & bubbles, so she was curious enough to venture off the blanket to go get them, but once those knees touched down, she straightened her legs up and crab crawled to get them. She didn't complain, but a few times she shivered - like the shiver you get when you eat something disgusting and it makes you want to throw-up. She got used to it and eventually just sat there and picked at it.

The bubbles were a hit- one would land on the grass without popping and she'd crawl over to it and pop it with her hand.
