The Two-Time Marathon Runner!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to my man who kicked BUTT and ran his second marathon on Sunday! Even after cramping up at mile 13 and debating a turn-around he finished with a 3:55 time...which beat my time last year by 1 minute (ahhhh!!!) and beat his time by 50, yes FIFTY minutes from last year!!! What a beautiful day to run as you can see from these pics- completely blue sky, nice breeze and cool in the morning when the race started at 5 a.m.

He was pretty sore the next few days but is walking fine now and looking forward to his run tomorrow night. Don't these crazy runners take a break?!?!

Home Stretch!!! You know what's great about having a tall haole boy for a husband in Hawaii? It's REALLY easy to spot him amongst hundreds of runners!!!
