The countdown has publicly began. We're moving home. Gosh that feels weird to type. It feels weird to think. It feels weird to say. We're moving home!!!
What started out as a one-year adventure to Hawaii with nothing but love, 2 one-way tickets and a couple of suitcases has given us more than we could have asked for. Three and a half years later we have a better marriage, an experience to last a lifetime, confidence to follow our dreams no matter how grand they seem, and above all, our adorable, smart, sweet and perfect Hawaii-born daughter. Life on the islands has been good to us, which is why this move is bittersweet, period.
Anyway, our countdown has begun...which means our bucket list has begun. This weekend we headed out to Ko'Olina one last time...and actually visited a lagoon that we'd never been to before. It had the greenest grass I've ever seen, a walking path that connected 4 huge man-made lagoons and shallow water- perfect for a 14 month old. (So of course I was kicking myself and telling Robby- "We are just now finding this place!?!?!") Blue skies, warm water and a little cutie to make it all that and more.

YEAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! BABY! That is some great news :D
Nothing like seeing some great news written in the sands of Hawaii!!! Have to say, though that I'll miss these beautiful colorful posts and wonderful scenery, but look forward to the new ones you'll post from home -- cause you know no one is going to let you get away with not doing them anymore!!! I think that outfit was a long dress on you -- not a shirt. So funny.
That's Eleanor's birthday!
